A pimple is just a pimple a few days and it’s gone, but a black head is just something that wont leave your face for days , weeks or even months. Blackheads are blemishes that appear on your skin due to clogged hair follicles. Blackheads may usually form on the face, but they can also appear on the back, chest, neck, arms and shoulders. Black heads can be very difficult to remove, and often we go about it the wrong way.
Tip: What not to do
- Do Not pick or try pop your blackhead. I for one am very guilty of this method but using your fingers to remove blackheads may add excessive dirt and bacteria to your pores. It may lead to bumps on your skin or even lead to scars if you pick at it.
- Harsh Exfoliants Targeting Blackheads are a no no. If you have sensitive skin, using harsh exfoliants may irritate the skin and make your blackheads worse (in my case turn into pumps).
Try this !
honey and cinnamon mask
Honey is a natural antibiotic that may be used to pull out dirt from open pores.
Mix a tablespoon of honey with a half teaspoon of cinnamon and you may dab it onto your dry skin using clean fingers. Rub the treatment on face in circular motion for a few minutes. After ,you may wash off with warm water. (After doing this a few times i am now black head free)
