It seems as we get older loving and accepting our bodies becomes extremely difficult. Many of us dedicate so much time to our careers, children, and families we forget to take time for ourselves. Our confidence starts to depend on how we look as well as how we are perceived by others. Tease the ABC’s is a dance class dedicated to encouraging confidence & sexiness through sensual fitness and dancing. Recently, we were invited by Tease the ABCs CEO Taryn Blake to catch a Twerk class. Upon receiving the invite I was extremely nervous. What if I look crazy? What if I don’t catch on as quickly as others? What should I wear? Somehow I pushed all of my concerns to the back of my head and made my way to the class.
Each Tease class also includes Pink Panties Punch along withfresh fruit to start the fun. Taryn is a patient and reassuring instructor. No participant is left behind as the movements are easy to learn yet sexy and fun. Many people are turned off by the idea of exercise. These classes are the perfect answer for that.
