Yesterday, Cool J’s Miami had their official Ribbon Cutting Ceremony hosted by Yohan Marley & Vice Mayor Erhabor Ighodaro of Miami Gardens. The city came out in support of this special occasion! Cool J’s had a huge sale going on and they also raffled off $100 certificates, gift cards, and more. Back to school shopping was in full effect, while children grabbed the latest gear, parents commented on the amazing prices that Cool J’s had to offer.
As an added bonus attendees had the opportunity to meet International Music Fest performer Yohan Marley, grandson of the legendary Bob Marley. The young music mogul chatted with guests, took photos, and assisted in the ribbon cutting ceremony.
Yohan will be performing live at the International Music Fest taking place Saturday August 4 at the Betty T Ferguson Recreational Complex in Miami Gardens. Headlining the festival this year will be Love & Hip Hop Miami’s own International Superstar Amara Le Negra. The music festival is a family friendly cultural immersion event with musical performances from various genres including Calypso, Soca, Merengue, Kompa, R&B, and more!
Special thanks to Abebe Lewis, Lex Promotions, City of Miami Gardens and all of the wonderful sponsors that made this event a success! See below for a few photos…
