Chris Brown Back In The Courts?

Grammy award winning artist Chris Brown has had it with the court system and all of its measures.  He has shown us that through his recent release of music.  This time the tabloids actually have great news to report about the pop-N-B sensation, and it doesn’t involve charges that were brought against him.  This week Chris Brown won the custody battle that he was having with his mother’s child, Nia Guzman.  Last year, Guzman said that a “friend” told her that she needed to watch out for who was around their daughter when in the care of her father and even what they were allowing the child to be influenced by.  Of course, like all loving mothers should be, she was concerned and decided to take this concern all the way to the courthouse with it.  

In December 2015, She filed for Brown to only have a specific amount of visitation time with the child and she was trying to suggest that it be strictly supervised either by herself or someone that she appointed.  Her cries of help and disdain went even further when she leaked information to TMZ saying that their child contracted asthma from being around Brown and his habitual weed smoking habits.  Left and right, this baby mama was slinging drama Breezy’s way!  All while he is trying to get over his recent legal issues, release new music, and make sure he has enough revenue to pay her $2,500 /month child support payments plus health, school, daycare, and many other miscellaneous expenses kids obtain along the way.  

Sounds like a pretty stand up guy to me, and the judge must have felt the same way.  On Tuesday the judge formally ruled that Brown would be able to see his daughter a minimum of 12 days per month and there would be no strict supervision.  He could raise his child how ever he felt necessary for those precious 12 days.  Brown and his baby mother both claim that this is not the way that they wanted to have to handle their child’s living arrangements.  Guzman reported that she had even moved closer to the state Brown lived in so that their child could live a slightly healthier life during a rant on instagram, but are her motives questionable?  Ask the lawyer she hired to file for another case against Brown.  This time asking for almost 8 times the amount of money in child support she is receiving per month, on top of the necessities that he is already paying for.  Right now the cards that are on the table are in anybodys hand as we can see.  Very shortly we will see whether Nia Guzman becomes $16,000 richer per month or if Chris Brown’s visitation time will be a helluva lot more hectic than he expects.
