Chloe Bailey attended a proclamation ceremony dedicated to her at Morehouse College yesterday in Atlanta, her home city. Bailey spoke to a crowd of students and received a plaque from the institution.
The singer, 24, – who is signed to Beyonce’s Parkwood record label – recently released her new album In Pieces.
Controversy from the disappointing album sales sent the internet into a frenzy because fans felt like Beyoncé should’ve done more in regards to promoting her album.
In a recent interview with The Breakfast Club Chloe expressed her I love for her mentor saying “Chloe responded: ‘I love B and she supported my sis and I since we had our little locs on YouTube so it’s all love over here, I love her”
The courage to stand with Beyoncé against the many naysayers makes this honor so much more deserving! Congratulations queen, we absolutely love to see it!
