On November 19, 1996, Dru Hill released their self-titled album “Dru Hill”. Can you believe that it has been almost 21 years since the debut of such hit songs such as “Tell Me”, “In My Bed’, “Never Make a Promise” and “Five Steps”. 20 years ago the ladies were introduced to the sultry group, and 20 years later they are still showing the fellows from Baltimore a lot of love. Recently the group took stage in Charlotte, NC for an unforgettable 20th Anniversary All White Affair produced by V(Five) Lions Entertainment which partnered with Red Bull.

The concert took fans back to the late 90s early 2000s when music felt good. Special guest, Bobby Valentino also blessed the audience with his smooth sounds along with comedy from comedian Burpie from Power 98 in Charlotte. Dru Hill performed all their hits as the crowd sung and danced along.  This was a memorable night for R&B fans both young and seasoned.

This was the debut venture for V(Five) Entertainment and I am very excited to see what the future holds for them. This was an awesome kick off  to hopefully more R&B concert series in the area.
