Each year thousands of people from far and wide flock to Miami to celebrate Memorial Weekend. Its not patriotism that brings them here, but simply the opportunity to party non-stop in beautiful weather and on sandy beaches. This year was extraordinarily rainy but that didn’t stop the hottest Caribbean Concert stateside from happening. Normally Best of The Best (BOTB) is held at Bayfront Park which is an outdoor venue, but this year they moved it to Mana Wynwood to keep patrons dry.
BOTB is a star studded event bringing together the hottest names in dancehall, reggae, soca, etc. I had the opportunity to interview Ding Dong who made his debut appearance at BOTB and LHHNY’s own Safaree.
